coupler/guibo? shocking steering play (video)

From what I've read, my problem is likely a worn steering coupler/guibo thing? Here is a video of my steering play..

Anyone agree/disagree before I order the part? Other symptoms, loose steering, bump steering, jerky wheel over rough surface.



I have brand new struts and shocks as well as end links and strut mounts.
