Can someone explain to me what this menu in INPA does?

While in this menu I accidentally hit F4 on the laptop and the car started to shake violently. I freaked out and shut the car off, turning it back on it continued to shake like crazy. I decided I had nothing to loose so I reconnected INPA and using my best judgement I hit F8 and it returned to normal.



I imagine it has something to do with turning on and off the cylinders. I was not my intention to hit that F4 button. :(
