I had bought a passenger seat occupancy sensor emulator/plug thingy which fixed that problem and airbag light went away.
About 2 or 3 weeks later the light came back on.
INPA is saying that the problem is the Drivers airbag resistance is too high. I tried to reset it but the error/light comes back straight away.
This is what it says:
ECU: MRS3
1 ignition circuit ZK0 -> airbag driver
Error active at the momeny
resistor too large
error is sporadic
What does that mean ?
My car is a 2000 model E46 323Ci convertible. It has airbags driver, passenger and doors.
