2004 E46 318i - The engine works roughly when coolant temp between 20ºC and 60ºC

Hey, guys!

I have 2004 BMW 318i with N46B20 engine. Problem is that the engine works roughly, not stable. The first 2-3 mins after cold start, the engine works acceptably. After few mins (when coolant temperature is about 20 ºC) it starts to work roughly, feels strong vibration. If the engine is turned of and then start it again, idle is stable first few seconds (up to 90 seconds). After ~90 seconds idle is become worse (roughly, not stable).

When coolant temperature reaches 60 ºC then idle is become more stable.

I noticed, that "Crankshaft Adaptation Output" parameter is the same (no variation) when coolant temperature between 20ºC and 60ºC (approximately)

(The engine work not stable in this range of temperature). On the other hand, "Crankshaft Adaptation Input" is the same when coolant temperature is below 20ºC or above 60ºC. Is it OK?

I created a log using TestO application, here is the link with online diagram.

Exhaust sound (video) when idle is roughly (approximately coolant temp is 40ºC.).

I would really appreciate any advice or experience on this problem._a_
