Just bought Pioneer AVIC-8000NEX Navi! Which steering wheel interface should I buy?

Like the title says, just purchased Pioneer's new navigation double din deck. My old JVC KW-NX7000 just died and wont turn on, so time for an upgrade! When I had the JVC deck installed, installer said stering wheel controls on E46's weren't compatible with JVC decks and I want to be able to have that functionality. I know Pioneer's should allow that but which one?
