Erisin es1046 straight swap

Can I straight swap for my old cd head unit it's the business one in at the moment, so my query is will it just straight swap ie the ariel and all that, the one I'm looking at comes with 2 looms 17 pin and 40 pin, I'm pretty sure it will work but would just like some confirmation before I purchase one, also how easy is it to move the heating control panel, I'm only thinking of swapping because my LCD is broken, and was looking on straight replacement from eBay around £80 but also wanted something to play my iPhone tunes on eventually and maybe using steering controls, and Bluetooth calling would be extremely handy, so that's why I thought if there any good and a straight swap will work I may as we'll go for that, any info greatfully appreciated I can get a 2nd hand one for £140
