Bmw M6 07

Hey guys I looking to buy 07 M6 coupe between 40k and 50K , any suggestion !What should I look first is anything wrong with car ? I did road test with one today and shifting was really weird and noise on rear axel , I guess not suppose be like that , any help please ! Thanks
