Yellow brake light

Hey guys, I just did the brakes on my 1999 323i front and back and changed the sensors on them and the brake light is on. I drove about 150 miles already and I heard it was suppose to turn off by it's self and still has not. I tryed putting the key ignition in position 2 for 30 secs, still nothing and for a 1 min and still nothing. I tryed putting it in key position 2 for 30 secs and hitting the cruise control and nothing and cruise control and button and accelerate and still nothing. does anyone know how to shut it off or do i have to buy the peake tool to reset it? Thanks, any help is needed.
