Noise my VANOS was making today

I could hear it inside the car with windows up. Sounded like a whining noise with a minute amount of rattling. Never hear it make this noise before and I thought it may have sounded a little funny this morning.



I did recently change my oil to Mobil 1 0W40 with a fresh Mann filter along with NGK plugs but everything went smooth.
