I never was one for black wheels, but this setup has made me come around to the dark side.
Wheels: STR 609 (cheap and disposable for drifting :))
Front specs:
18x8.5
-5 offset (15mm spacer)
225/40R18
Rear specs:
18x9.5
+10 offset (5mm spacer)
255/35R18
The car is over 2 inches wider per-side.
Why so narrow up front? Because I'm running the SLR Speed steering angle kit; in order to get all the angle from the kit it has to be pretty wide and narrow.
I also did a fairly aggressive front and rear pull on the fenders. It is a bit hard to tell from the pics, but the fenders basically continue the body line from the quarter panel all the way down to the fender lip... there is no more vertical section on the fender. It still needs a bit more work to keep it from rubbing on large dips, but it is 100% daily-able as is!
The front lip is also a new addition. It's a cheap eBay lip designed from a pre-facelift coupe. With a bit of dremel and flap-disk work it fits good enough.
