Bought my first e46 on Sunday. I've been a member over on Bimmerforums for about a year, mostly for issues with my daughter's e34 1995 525i. I used to be more of a VW enthusiast, but I liked that e34 so much, I thought I'd get one for myself.
Here she is:

A 2004 330Ci, ZHP 6 MT, Cabriolet. 96k miles.
After about 3 days of driving it, I think it's pretty much everything I was expecting and more. It's pretty amazing. Car is just about perfect, and the previous owner was very dedicated to maintaining and pampering this car. Engine bay is pristine. The exhaust note on this car is sublime.
Mods include, a Dice media bridge, xenon headlamps and led tail lamps, m wheels, brand new alacantara steering wheel cover, brand new convertible top, strut brace, and homelink mirror with auto-dimming. Interior is alacantara with the aluminum cube. Starter, battery, cooling system, control arms, suspension bushings and motor/trans mounts, etc. have been recently replaced. Front spoiler was repaired and resprayed.
Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure the DMF is shot, and near failure. (PO didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with it, but I can hear some faint chatter on engage/disengage - I didn't hear this when I inspected the car, it's a bit intermittent, and I suppose it's to be expected on a car with nearly 100k miles and original clutch).
