Hardtop Fitment Adjustment

Pulled the hardtop yesterday and found this.







How do I adjust the top when I put it back on so there is sufficient clearance between it and the tonneau cover?



(I also managed to scratch the top as I was putting it into storage. I did not have a good day yesterday)
