Hi, my name is Ron. This is my first time posting to the forums.
My car is a 2002 325Xi. I just bought it last week - it drives great! It has 100k miles on it and I paid $3900. I think I did OK, even though it has been in some kind of 'fender bender' and thats why it was cheap. I don't mind putting some money into it to fix it. Hopefully, even after getting it sorted out, I'll still think it was a good buy.
There is a plastic 'bracket' that is riveted to the front end of the front right fender. Mine is broken - it definitely looks different than the same part on the left side. Is this part replaceable? Or do I need to start looking for another fender? I've looked all over the parts diagrams on realoem.com and have searched the forums but I can't find this part anywhere.
