Dell monitors

Bought a Dell 27" 4k monitor. Beautiful color reproduction. Dell customer service sucks bawlz. But you knew that already. I don't know how Dell manages to have the best monitors but the worst everything else.



First one had a couple three stuck pixels. Something I could have lived with, but initiated a return anyway because hey. Once you know it's there it bugs you. Took them two weeks to get back to me on this issue. At first they offered me $100 to just live with it. I said no I want perfection.



Replacement showed up with no return shipping label. It was supposed to have a return shipping label in the box. Oooh does that mean I get to keep the original one? Hmmm. I contacted them about it anyway.



We'll see what happens now.



Has anyone else had a similar experience?
