torque converter interchangeable

hi all... i have a 2004 320i m sport sedan and was wondering if i can put a 325i or 330i torque converter in my car...mine is playing up and thought if i find one for a 325 or 330 should i buy it?? would i benefit from it? higher ratio hence quicker take off?? part number for my torque is 24407519832..thanks heaps
