I assume that this just started today, as that's when I noticed it. I used the key fob to roll the windows down, and noticed the passenger side door wouldn't lock afterwords. It's a 2003, 330ci.
Symptoms/Observations:
-If I actuate the locks with the fob or central locking button, I can see the plunger try and move, but it won't lock.
-If I try and push the plunger down to lock the door, it won't go.
-I've disconnected the battery and left it for a few hours to reset the modules. No change.
-When I open/close the door, the window moves...so the car presumably knows the door is closed.
I'm assuming that an actuator or GM5 issue would mean that it wouldn't be "trying" to lock. Before I pull the door card off tomorrow, I figured i'd see if anyone had any insight. Thanks in advance.
