what do these connectors do?

i swap my interior from grey to black and i see a few connectors that i have no idea what do they do?



#1 - this is inside the weather strip for both driver and passenger side

#2 - i removed the rear seat and saw this not connected to anything? i thought at first it from my rear harman kardon but when i remove the door card it is connected so where does this plug into?
