My daughter has a 2000 323I sedan after getting a new power steering pump, hoses, reservoir, and an a/c belt four days ago, today she calls me and says it is smoking and the belt is hanging down on the ground. So I get there and the serpentine is gone, antifreeze on the ground and the fan/fan clutch assembly is cocked over to one side. I grab it and I can move the fan side to side about 1-2 inches I both directions. She said the temp didn't go over where it normally is which is right in the middle of the gauge. One purge weird thing there is oil spatter on the driver side inner fender well that was not there before. What the h3ll happened to this car now? I love this car but it is draining the life and every last dollar I have out of me. Please help!
