rpm bouncing and jutter's on long trips

hello im am new to the bmw game and i have a 1999 328i sedan i recently got it just hit the good ol 200000 miles. but its clean couldn't tell the milage unless i told you anyways my car rpms will jump up and down every now and then and on long trips it will be fine then out of no where the rpms will drop and my car will start to jutter also when I'm at a stop light or stop sign ill take off and I'm car will make a winding sound and will jump up too 3 to 4 grand just to make it move any idea what that could be i love the car and just did a complete tune up all fluids are new could that be why? and another thing that recently just started to happen it acts like i out a cam in it. heavy vibrating at all times have no clue why please help i herd it could be the rpm sensor but i looked online and it seems to be more then one and i was also told the coils could be bad but i have no clue please help asap if you know what might be the problem please just text me so i can try to fix it asap 1630 802 6307 thank you and srry if this has already been solved somewhere else
