Fitment/wheel help

So I scored some 35th anni corvette rims today pretty cheap. They are 17x9.5 all around. What adjustments will have to be made for these to fit nice and flush. I know it can be done because I've seen it with my own eyes. Just never got the chance to ask the owners. Thank you
