2001 e46 325i problem

Hello every one I'm having some problems with my e46 :(. About a week ago my check engine light turned on so a friend of mine scan my car and it gave me code 190 lambda sensor heating bmw after catalytic converter sensor 1 and code 152. Would that be the oxygen censor or is it the catalytic converter? I'm confused
