I needed to sub out some broken pieces on my cluster. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the LED unit when I disassembled the cluster. After reassembling the unit and reinstalling it. I noticed immediately that the LED was jacked up.
At first the top pixels were missing, I removed the unit readjusted the LED, then the bottom pixels were missing.
If you are familiar with the LED screen it basically just sits on top of the cluster board. Obviously this is an alignment issue with the screen. I just need to know if there is a DIY on aligning this LED so that I don't have to keep removing the unit and attempting to slide this thing back and forth until it is working.
