P1349 Code, bad misfire several hours later.

Hey guys. I would love some advice where to start on this one. Start of my 400mi trip today I was coming out of a toll booth and noticed my check engine light turned on. Car ran and felt fine so I continued on my way. Stopped once at a rest stop and everything was fine. Got off the highway about half a mile from home and it was idling very poor at the stop light. Started driving and I knew right away it wasn't firing on all 6 cylinders. So I limped it home coasting as much as I could and I turned onto my street and all of a sudden it starts running perfectly, smooth as butter. Total elapsed time not running right had to have been less than a minute or two. Pulled into my parking spot and made sure it was running and idling fine. Pulled the codes and I get P1349 with the following freezeframe data (first time its actually worked with my scanner)



So I did some reading and it looks like it could be as simple as a bad coil, and as bad as a burnt or busted valve in the engine. I would imagine because it was able to suddenly run perfectly again, that this is likely not mechanical? I can only hope. Several months ago my car was throwing P0171 and P0174 codes but with the help of jfoj I was able to put those codes to rest and its been running perfectly... up until now. The only thing I can think of that I did was I took the highway off-ramp pretty aggressively but I didn't really touch more than 4k, and this engine has seen plenty above that in the past with autox. Also worth noting this morning when I started it the idle was pretty rough, that hasn't happened since the lean codes. Hoping everythings okay!
