Does anyone know of replacement Speaker Grills

Like a lot of people my 2000 323i e46 112k, midrange and tweeter speaker grills are cracking apart. This car was garaged all the time before I purchased it. Poor design. So does anyone know of a aftermarket replacement for the speaker grill/housing? If so pls post. I can't believe that there's no aftermarket replacement?
